Nikon D80 + 18-55mm Nikkor + PL filter + Gradient ND filter. Filters were used to make the hazy grey-blue sky more blue. Crop. Tone editing to increase contrast. Decrease of red content in color balancing to bring out the blue and green hues.

That is an amazing shot! It's more like one of those architecture plans than a real photo! I really love the way the distant buildings fade away!
