Materials and Methods Nikon D80 + 50mm F.18 Nikkor. Exp: +3.0 to blow out the background. Selectively replaced some red building blotches in the background using the color replacement tool. Additional Comments Sorry for having been missing from DA for awhile. We recently moved into off campus housing. This shot was taken in the dining room. It's a pretty old building so they have these weird old furnaces (the thing I'm sitting on). The stove has a pilot light...seriously ancient technology. Anyways, when we moved in, the gas and electric company turned on our gas but forgot to turn on our electricity...and apparently they don't work weekends or holidays so we were without electricity for awhile . We still don't have internet in the house so I'm submitting this from work On a side note, if you look closely, you can see the huge scab I have on my knee This photo is protected under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License. This is an interesting quote selection, placing man and his physical reality squarely in the middle of light and dark. The picture is appropriately thoughtful looking.
I wish I'd at least completed one semester of the philosophy class I started in college, but I was young, lazy and always wanted to be right. I've corrected one of those, do far!
