Nikon D80 + 18-55mm Nikkor + Self Timer. Practicing GIMP for post editing. Curves to brighten the photo. Added a semi transparent yellow layer. Some minor color balancing.

My new monitor is so much brighter than my old one. It really freaks me out seeing my old photos on this new monitor since they're so bright now :lol: . I don't know if this photo would appear super dark on my old monitor or whatnot. :-o

Let me guess, you replaced your old CRT monitor with the new LCD flat screen? :D

I wish those calibrator devices are cheaper so I can get one.
